INTRODUCTION:-

TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH contains Nitroglycerine that belongs to the class of medicines called vasodilators. It is used for the prevention of chest pain associated with angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease. Angina is a condition which causes discomfort and chest pain that keeps coming back because of reduced oxygen and blood supply to the heart. Symptoms include chest pain, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, tiredness etc.

Along with TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH, your doctor may advise you to make certain lifestyle changes such as quitting alcohol and smoking, eating a healthy diet, managing weight and improving your sleep pattern.

TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH is not recommended for use in patients having heart diseases, low blood pressure, low blood volume, anaemia,laucoma, bleeding in the brain, increased pressure on the brain, acute angina attack or if you are taking medicines to treat erectile function (sildenafil) or increased pressure in the lungs (riociguat).

Before using TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH, inform your doctor if you have lung, liver or kidney disease, low levels of oxygen in the blood, low body temperature, malnourishment or insufficient flow of blood to the brain.

• ALLERGY

• LUNGS

• HEART DISEASE

TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH is not recommended for use in patients having heart diseases such as aortic or mitral stenosis (heart does not pump enough blood around your body), inflammation of the heart lining, increased fluid around the heart, heart valve disorder, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (thickening of heart muscles), acute angina attack. Medicines used to treat migraine (Ex. ergotamine)
Medicines to treat high problems (Ex. propranolol, atenolol, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, enalapril)
Medicines used to treat depression or anxiety (Ex. amitriptyline, amoxapine, isocarboxazid)
Medicines used to reduce fluid build-up in the body (Ex. spironolactone, furosemide)
Medicines used to protect kidneys from chemotherapeutic agents (Ex. amifostine)
Medicine used to treat phenylketonuria (Ex. sapropterin)
Medicine used to relieve pain (Ex. aspirin)

Overdosage:

If you or anyone else uses too much of TOP NITRO 5MG PATCH, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. The symptoms of overdosage are, fall in blood pressure making you feel dizzy, weak and light-headed on standing. Paleness, sweating, have a weak pulse, rapid heartbeats (tachycardia), flushed skin, headache, nausea, vomiting, methemoglobinemia (a blood disorder) may also occur.
